Vendor Registration

VENDOR PROMOTION

Vendors will be given a 4" X 4" add that will be included in "Vendor Highlight" section of each registration packet.

Vendor Raffles / Contests: 

If a vendor would like to hold an individual raffle or contest at their table, they may do so. However, vendors will NOT be allowed to make any announcments to the audience  before, during or at the end of the conference pertaining to raffle/contest rules/winners or announcements of any kind. 

We will not be promoting any vendors at the conference via promo-videos, special announcments, screen photographs, etc.  

 

Vendor Registration Deadline:

January 7, 2019

 

Cost for Vendors: 
$100 includes one 6' vendor table WITHOUT linens and one(1) registration for the mens conference including one (1) meal band for breakfast and lunch.  Most of the vendor tables will be located in the main Jordan ballroom where the talks will be taking place. However, a few vendors may be placed in the hallway outside the Jordan Ballroom depending on space. The location of vendor tables (inside or outside of the Jordan Balroom) will be determined by the vendor registration date (first come/first serve).

Women Vendors: 

In order to honor the men at the conference, women vendors will be asked to remain outside the Jordan Ballroom during Mass, keynote sessions, and prayer times. They will be invited into the Jordan Ballroom during break times.

 

Vendor Set-Up / Take-Down Times:

Vendor Set-Up times will be on Friday, January 25th from 4pm-7pm.  Vendors will also be able to arrive at 7am on Saturday, January 26th. Vendors must pack up and remove all of their items after the confenece ends from 6-8pm on January 26th. 

Vendor Approval: 

On-line Registration DOES NOT guarantee a vendor spot. Vendors must register and pay online in order to reserve a pre-approved vendor spot. The Idaho Catholic Men's Conference Committee must approve each vendor before guaranteeing their spot. Once approved, vendors will be notified. If a vendor is not approved, they will be notified and will receive a full refund of their registration fee.  

We have limited space for (12) vendors and thus Catholic Vendors and those serving a ministry in the Catholic Church will be given precedence. 

VENDOR FORMS / PAPERWORK
Whether you are selling items or not,  an Idaho sales tax form must be filled out and turned in. We will send you that online form once you are registered. Vendors that do not fill out the appropriate forms by the deadline of January 12th, will be unable to be a vendor at the Idaho Catholic Men's Conference. 


Additional Add-on Fees:(Optional) 
$25 for an additional table WITHOUT linens
$35 for an additional meal wristband
$15 for the Official Men's Conference T-shirt
